The Orfù lake is located in the Gad village in Oulx at 1060 m above sea level. You can reach it by car following a dirt road and the access is at few meters on the left after the highway exit Oulx Est. It is also possible to reach the lake following indication from Gad Centre. With the Sentiero dei Franchi you can reach the lake by foot or by bicycle by the MTB trail.
The lake is managed by the ASD Orfù association: access to the lake area is free for everyone, but use of the services and dedicated areas is reserved for members with an annual membership valid until December 31, 2026:
- Adults (over 14 years old) €10 – Children (6 to 13 years old) €3, children up to 5 years old are free
Active sport fishing (according to municipal regulations)
Beach volleyball court, running and mountain bike trails, children’s area with a small playground (up to 10 years old) and recreational activities, relaxation and refreshments, shaded picnic areas, restrooms, and a kiosk (bar service, no food).
Please note: Reservations are required for use of tables; personal equipment (such as deckchairs, barbecue loungers, tables, umbrellas) is not permitted.
